Corporate Profile

Michael Schneider is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School (J.D. 1985) and Yale College (B.A. 1980). Prior to starting his own firm, Michael worked for nine years in large New York City law firms, including Weil Gotshal & Manges and Willkie Farr & Gallagher in the bankruptcy and creditors’ rights departments. His practice concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy reorganization and litigation, and fraud and fiduciary litigation. Michael is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
